Horror is a tragically underused genre in fanworks. This challenge is to encourage writers and artists to share their fearsome fandom flair.
What to do?
-Choose what days to do. Choose one or combine them.
-Create your fanwork!
-Fics can be as long or short as you want. Drabbles, multi-chapter epics, and everything in between are all welcome.
-Go R-rated or stay PG, it is up to your comfort level.
-There is no set time to submit or finish them. Take your time. Use the themes year around whenever you need horror inspiration!
-Tag it under, “horrorfanworkschallenge” on Tumblr or add to the AO3 Collection.
-Above all, have fun. This is a very relaxed challenge.
Feel free to post your fanwork to this community. Please use the below formats based on what fanwork you are submitting. Tag the theme and fandom you are writing/drawing for.
This is a horror themed challenge. Expect stories and art to have gore/blood/violence and other triggering materials. Use your best judgement on what to warn for.
